Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–4 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Shipping Methods & Rates
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class.
Shipping costs are weight-based:
- £6: orders up to 600g
- £9: orders 601g–1200g
- £14: orders 1201g and above
Free Shipping: Orders with a total value of £100 or more ship free.
Delivery Estimates
Royal Mail 1st Class typically delivers in 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and delays may occur.
Order Tracking
All orders include Royal Mail tracking. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Customs & Duties
Not applicable — we currently ship within the UK only.
Shipping Restrictions
We have no shipping restrictions within the UK.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible at footprint-pottery@outlook.com.
Many of our items are unique, so replacements may not always be possible, but we will review each case individually and work with you to find a suitable solution.
